SEMI-AUTOMATIC SEALING MACHINE FOR TRAYS

ROTOPACK S.r.l. besides the manual sealers "SR" introduces now the "SVR" line equipped with pump to seal under vacuum and in controlled atmosphere. The machine is built with aluminium extruded borders to give it particular strongness and elegance. As always a particular care has been dedicated to hygiene and safety. Two counters: one anterior and one on the back allow the inspecion of the electrical panel and of the vacuum pump. The containers will be manually charged and the machine will automatically drag the film and close the containers with vacuum and controlled atmosphere. The ejection of the drawer will be manual. Anyway it is possible to equip the machine with a pneumatic piston that will automatically reopen the drawer as well as a special device can rewind the film scrap. It is possible to seal containers of different shapes or sizes on the same machine. The operation to substitute the mould can be done in few minutes. The peculiarity of RotoPack sealers is in the extreme simplicity of these operations.The line includes also the model "SPR", this model is built without vacuum pump and will simply seal the containers. On this model the drawer ejection is automatic thanks to a pneumatic piston.
