Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and new Reg. EU no. 679/2016 (GDPR), we inform you that RotoPack srl (or even simply ‘RotoPack’) will process the personal and or private data you provide in accordance with the current legislation on confidentiality of personal data.

Types of Data collected
The Personal Data collected independently or via third parties include: Cookies, Usage Data, email, name, surname, telephone number, country, city, address, business name.

Personal Data may be input voluntarily by Users or collected automatically while using RotoPack’s web site.

RotoPack also uses the “Google Analytics” software to receive and analyze the data collected through the use of the Company Website.

Purposes
Within the normal commercial activity, the personal data of the customers are processed for the following purposes:
a. Purposes strictly connected with and instrumental to the management of relationships with customers. In this case, the provision of the data to RotoPack is mandatory, and, failing that, any request from the customer will not have any follow-up.
In addition to the Data Controller, the Data may be accessed by certain categories of employees involved in the organization of the work (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators).
In exercising its business, RotoPack may use third parties, who provide services that are strictly related and instrumental to the execution of the contractual performance and to the management of customer relations (e.g. shippers, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, communications agencies, commercial information companies). The processing of the data carried out by such subjects is necessary for the execution of the orders received, the eventual recovery of credits, to print and/or envelop and/or deliver communications to the customers, in addition to archiving the related documents.
b. Marketing purposes, functional to the development of the commercial activity. Upon express consent of the data subject, the personal data of the customers may also be used for market research and for the eventual sending of promotional and advertising material free of charge, by RotoPack, both through the use of automated contact tools referred to in Article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, paragraphs 1 and 2, such as e-mail, and with traditional tools, such as paper mail. The conferral of personal data for this purpose is optional and the non-conferral of data for such purposes will not entail any consequences for the data subject. The data subject has the right to oppose, in an easy and free and at any time, to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of “direct marketing”, by writing an e-mail to info@rotopacksrl.com
Processing method
The Data Controller processes Personal Data of the user using suitable security tools to protect against the unauthorized access, distribution, modification, or destruction of Personal Data. The Processing of Personal Data collected by RotoPack is made with paper and IT tools with organizational procedures and with logics strictly related to the intended purposes.
RotoPack will not intentionally transfer data abroad.
Data Processing Location
Personal Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters and in any other location where those involved in the processing are to be found. For further information, please contact the Data Controller
Time of processing
Data are processed for the period necessary to provide the User with services, or for the time required for the purposes described in this document. The User may at any time request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of the data.
Rights in relation to the data communicated
The user is entitled to:
-The right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form when requested in writing from the Data Controller of the collection and the Processing.
-The right to obtain the indication of the origin of the data, the purpose and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the data controller, data supervisors and the representative designated, of the subjects and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may get to know said data in their capacity as National designated representatives, controller or processor.
-The right to obtain the updating, rectification or, when desired, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the certification that the preceding operations were made known, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where this is impossible or involves a commitment of resources clearly disproportionate to the protected right.
-The right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection and the processing of data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
